Lead Service and Installation Engineer – Lead and Deliver Global Logistics Solutions Join a Global Leader in Automated Loading Solutions Due to continued growth, Joloda Hydraroll is seeking an experienced Service and Installation Engineer to take a hands-on leadership role within our expanding service team.
You'll oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of our advanced mechanical loading systems - driving quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across UK and international projects.
We're looking for a proactive engineer with proven supervisory or team leadership experience who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do Lead and support installation and service teams across UK and international projects.
Carry out installation, servicing, and fault diagnosis on automated loading systems.
Supervise on-site work to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Interpret engineering drawings and schematics to deliver precise installations.
Maintain accurate service documentation and provide professional client handovers.
Coordinate with project managers to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule.
What You'll Bring Proven experience in service, installation, or maintenance of industrial or automated systems.
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience—able to guide and motivate teams.
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a mechanical discipline.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to read technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
A customer-focused, safety-first approach.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (up to 50%).
