About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Laundry General Operative to join a busy and fast-paced commercial laundry operation based at Heathfield Industrial Estate.
This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working in an active environment and can maintain high standards of attention to detail while working around industrial laundry machinery.
Key Responsibilities Assisting with the day-to-day running of the laundry operation.
Loading, unloading, sorting, and processing laundry items.
Carrying out general lifting and moving of laundry products.
Monitoring laundry machinery and reporting any issues to supervisors.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the work area.
Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Candidate Requirements Ability to work in a busy and physically active environment.
Good attention to detail and awareness when working around machinery.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or laundry experience is advantageous but not essential.
