Maintain premises and grounds to a high standard.

Perform regular maintenance checks.

Carry out necessary repairs.

Conduct fire, basic electrical, and appliance checks with confidence.

Report and promptly action any faults.

Keep the grounds tidy.

Carry out general redecoration work.
