Job Responsibilities

  • Operate counter balance forklift trucks to safely move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse.
  • Ensure accurate stacking and storage of products, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on forklift equipment.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock organisation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily operational targets.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Shifts

  • 3 days on, 3 days off.
  • Day & Night shifts required.

You will be doing loads of walking within the warehouse.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Valid Counter Balance Forklift Licence.
  • Previous experience operating counter balance forklifts in a warehouse environment.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations related to forklift operation.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness and stamina to handle manual tasks and operate machinery.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, and loading functions, as required.
  • Unload inbound shipments safely & move product to holding & storage locations.
  • Maintain the efficient movement of products/equipment/materials in and/or out of the factory facility in accordance with organisational policy and procedure.
