About the role: We are looking for a confident and collaborative Category Manager to join our Marketing function and help shape the future of snacking across High Street, Forecourts, and Convenience. In this role, you’ll develop insight-led category solutions that grow the category and strengthen KP Snacks physical availability. You’ll bring the voice of the customer into our business, championing shopper needs and guiding our decision-making.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Category, Sales and Marketing to deliver strategic category plans, embed our Impulse Category Vision and support the development of customer-facing materials. What will you be doing?

  • Proactively lead customer category partnerships.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across customer teams and provide best-in-class category insight, reporting and recommendations.
  • Proactively support our High Street, Forecourts and Convenience category agenda.
  • Help shape channel priorities, share internal and external insights, and support the creation and delivery of our High Street, Forecourts and Convenience category guides and recommendations.
  • Embed customer insight across KP Snacks.
  • Bring customer learnings into our commercial cycle, support cross-functional teams and help Sales access and use category data confidently.
  • Manage multiple data sources to create clear category stories.
  • Become an expert user of key insight platforms and be able to own and deliver the insight for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support strategic commercial projects.
  • In 2026, champion the Impulse customer within the Distribution Commercial Project, contributing to key growth initiatives and customer sell-ins.
