Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Managing the day-to-day administration of a complex portfolio of trusts and corporate structures in accordance with local regulations and internal policies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, high-net-worth individuals, and professional intermediaries, fostering long-term relationships built on trust.
  • Statutory Compliance: Overseeing statutory filings, maintaining accurate corporate records, minutes, and registers, and ensuring all transactions meet strict regulatory compliance standards.
  • Transaction Execution: Reviewing, preparing, and executing complex transaction documentation, including acquisitions, distributions, and restructuring agreements.
