A respected care provider is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join its nursing team.

The Role As a Registered Nurse, you will work as part of the wider care team, delivering high-quality nursing care while ensuring residents' individual needs are met with dignity, respect and compassion.

Your responsibilities will include: Delivering safe, effective, person-centred nursing care.

Assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing care plans.

Administering medication in accordance with NMC guidelines and best practice.

Monitoring residents' health and responding appropriately to any changes in condition.

Working closely with healthcare professionals, colleagues and families to achieve positive outcomes.

Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Supporting care staff and promoting high standards of clinical practice.

Assisting with the day-to-day clinical operations of the home.

About You Applicants should have: Current NMC registration (RGN, RMN or RNLD).

Relevant post-registration nursing experience.

Excellent clinical knowledge and nursing skills.
