One day you could be supporting at MMA training, the next exploring the Welsh countryside with three energetic dogs or heading out on spontaneous adventures.
Shift Pattern: 11am - 5pm shifts, alternate weekends included, regular rolling rota.
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
What You'll Do:
- Provide person-centred support at home and in the community
