Due to staff moving onto university we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Supervisor to join our well established Residential Care Home in Kirriemuir, with great grades.

Hours: 2244 hours per week, night shift Rate of pay: £15.62 per hour We are looking for a caring, confident and motivated Residential Care Home Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for older people, including residents living with dementia.
If you have a positive, can-do attitude, experience in a care setting and the ability to lead and inspire a team, this could be the ideal role for you.
About the role As a key member of the care team, you will help ensure residents are supported safely, respectfully and with dignity at all times.
You will lead by example, promote best practice and support colleagues to deliver the highest standards of care.
You will play an important role in care planning, supporting residents wellbeing and acting as an advocate for their needs, choices and rights.
You will also liaise with GPs and other healthcare professionals to help ensure residents receive the medical support and care they need.
What we are looking for Experience supporting older people, including people living with dementia Confidence to lead, motivate and support a care team A good understanding of care planning and person-centred practice A caring, professional approach and a commitment to residents safety, dignity and wellbeing The ability to work well as part of a close-knit, friendly team and use your initiative SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care preferred, but not essential What we offer Caring is more than just a job.
