As part of our Care team at MM Support, your main duties will include:
- Delivering high standards of care to clients in their own homes
- Meeting the care needs of service users in a person-centred approach
- Working within Health & Social Care Standards in line with company policies
- Ensuring the protection, wellbeing and safety of clients
- Ensuring effective written and oral communication
The Person:
- Reliable hard-working person
- Must have UK Driving Licence and a car
- No previous experience needed as full training will be given
- To work as part of a team or independently
- Knowledge of the Health & Social Care Standards
- Reliable, passionate & trustworthy
- Access to a smartphone
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Flexible to work within multiple environments
- Must be willing to register with the SSSC
- Must be flexible and willing to cover shifts at short notice
