Parts Advisor Birmingham £30,000 – £38,000 + Excellent Benefits + Career Progression NEOS Engineering are working with a well-established and rapidly growing plant machinery business that is looking to appoint a Plant Parts Advisor to join its busy team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with parts experience who is looking to develop their career within the construction plant industry.
Previous plant experience would be highly beneficial, although candidates from HGV, commercial vehicle, agricultural or automotive backgrounds will also be considered.
The Role As a Plant Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring engineers and customers receive the correct parts quickly and efficiently, helping to keep machinery operating at maximum uptime.
Responsibilities Identifying and supplying plant machinery parts.
Processing customer and workshop parts enquiries.
Ordering, receiving and managing stock.
Liaising with suppliers and engineers.
Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory.
Delivering excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face.
The Candidate Previous experience within a Parts Advisor, Parts Interpreter or Stores role.
Plant machinery experience is highly beneficial.
Candidates from HGV, agricultural, commercial vehicle or automotive parts backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Organised with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience using parts catalogues or dealer management systems is advantageous.
