Hours: Monday to Friday, 3.00pm 6.00pm (Part-time)

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Teaching Assistant to join our team each afternoon.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and would like to become part of a supportive school community.

Main Duties
Support teachers and staff with the supervision and care of children during the afternoon.

Assist with activities, learning and play in a positive and engaging way.

Provide individual support to children where required.

Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.

Help prepare resources and maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

Support children during transitions, activities and the end-of-day routine.

Build positive relationships with children and contribute to their overall wellbeing.

Work cooperatively with teachers and other members of the school team.

Follow school policies and procedures, particularly those relating to safeguarding and child protection.

About You
We are looking for someone who is
Caring, reliable, patient and enthusiastic about working with children
Interest in supporting children's learning and wellbeing.

A positive team player, have good communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with children.

Most importantly, you will be dependable and committed to working Monday to Friday, 3.00pm6.00pm.
