An established property consultancy is seeking an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to undertake condition surveys across hospital sites within Ayrshire & Arran. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor who is confident carrying out detailed building fabric inspections and recording survey data using Asseticom.
The Role
- You will be responsible for completing comprehensive condition surveys across operational healthcare buildings, assessing the condition of building fabric and associated elements while accurately recording findings directly into Asseticom.
Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed condition surveys across hospital buildings
- Inspect and assess the condition of building fabric and associated elements
- Record survey information accurately using Asseticom
- Ensure survey data is completed to a high standard and in line with project requirements
- Work safely and professionally within live healthcare environments
Requirements
- Previous experience carrying out building condition surveys
- Experience using Asseticom is essential
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline
- Good understanding of building construction, defects and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data capture skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Package
- £300-£350 per day (Umbrella)
- Mileage reimbursed
