The Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for: Registering and qualifying new applicants.
Conducting property viewings.
Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
Generating new business opportunities.
Progressing agreed lets through to completion.
Delivering an exceptional level of customer service throughout the lettings process.
Contributing to individual and office targets.
Package: Basic Salary up to £22,000.
Car Allowance.
Realistic Year One OTE of £50,000+.
Uncapped commission and bonus structure.
1 in 4 Saturdays.
Excellent training, support and career progression.
