About the Opportunity You will be joining a major high-street retail distribution centre in Islip, supporting the supply of clothing and accessories to stores nationwide. This is a long-term, stable warehouse role offering, full training and excellent on-site facilities.
We are looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives for immediate starts. This is a fast-paced but supportive environment where reliability and teamwork are valued.
Your Responsibilities You will be working in a busy distribution environment, where you will :
Use a voice-picking headset to complete orders
Pick, pack and RF scan stock accurately
Carry out manual handling tasks safely
Follow training and processes to meet quality standards
Work to daily and weekly performance targets
Support the wider warehouse team when required
Adapt during peak periods, including mandatory weekend shifts
Skills, Experience & Abilities Required To be successful in this role, you will :
Be reliable and committed to ongoing work
Be willing to work rotating day and back shifts
Have a good level of English (spoken and written)
Be willing to learn and complete training
Be able to work some mandatory any 5 days out of 7
Be comfortable with manual handling
Be willing to complete a Drugs & Alcohol test
Have your own transport to get to site
Have voice-picking experience (beneficial but not essential)
No previous warehouse experience is required full training provided .
