Here at GXO Logistics , we are looking for permanent, full-time Transport Administrator to join our team in Thrapston for our customer, an Irish multinational fashion retailer, Primark .

You will be working on a shift pattern of Monday Friday with the hours of 08:00 16:00 .

What you will do on a typical day: Support the day-to-day management of transport fleet compliance and regulatory administration Ensure that all vehicles remain legally compliant, roadworthy, and available for operation Ensure obligations relating to vehicle maintenance, tachograph compliance, fleet inspections are met Provide accurate updates on vehicle availability, repair progress, and expected return-to-service dates Manage vehicle download schedules to ensure legal compliance with tachograph regulations What you need to succeed at GXO: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong administration and organisational skills Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience using transport management and fleet maintenance systems Good knowledge of tachograph legislation and compliance principles We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
