What you'll do day to day:
Actioning quotes on behalf of the sales team. As our Corporate Sales Fleet Administrator, you'll take ownership of the vehicle journey from order to delivery, ensuring every customer receives a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the preparation and delivery process of fleet vehicles to customers
- Checking vehicle specifications thoroughly to ensure customer requirements are met
- Pre-Delivery phone calls with customers
- Assist with gathering customer ID etc., prior to delivery
- Ordering vehicle delivery packs and coordinating customer communications
- Booking Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) with the Service Department
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately before vehicle delivery
- Providing quotation support to our network when required with our leasing partners
- Uploading finance documentation and order forms into Fleetbase / OEM systems
- Conducting compliance and audit checks in line with company and manufacturer standards
- Liaising with customers to arrange and confirm vehicle deliveries
- Proactively managing vehicle stock to minimise on-site vehicle holding times
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey
