The Company
My client is one of Europes leading manufacturers within its field of food based packaging products and associated processes . The group is a well established producer to the European markets and have been established over 50 years. The site in Keighley is looking once again to expand due to further investment, within this secure organisation.
Role
The role requires an experienced Shift Manager to join an established manufacturing team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Shift Manager or Supervisor, preferably within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of up to 13 operatives and team leaders.
Take full site responsibility on night shifts and weekends.
Ensure high standards of health and safety are maintained.
Train, develop and support your team.
Drive productivity and ensure operational targets are consistently achieved.
