We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join our team in our Keighley office on a permanent full time contract.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing close contact with those wishing to buy a property and vendors who want to sell their property, and provide an excellent customer service experience for both potential purchasers' and existing clients'.
As a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for registering new sellers and purchaser details and assessing their needs, assisting in marketing and advertising any properties, dealing with phone and email queries, liaising with all interested parties, negotiate and agree offers to sale agreed, progress sales through to exchange of contracts and completion, and keep administration records updated.
This is also a fantastic development opportunity as you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in property valuations.
