Rapid Recruit are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our clients team, a fast-paced and growing manufacturing company based in Silsden. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured, packed and prepared for dispatch efficiently and safely. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 6.15am-2.30pm or 2pm-10.30pm at £12.71 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working on a fast-paced production line environment
  • Filling bottles accurately in line with production targets
  • Applying caps and closures securely and consistently
  • Labelling products where required
  • Packing finished goods into boxes in line with specifications
  • Sealing, taping and palletising goods safely and efficiently for dispatch
  • Conducting basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
  • Identifying and reporting any faults, damages or inconsistencies
  • Monitoring stock levels of packaging materials and reporting shortages
  • Adhering strictly to health & safety and hygiene procedures
  • Supporting team members and supervisors to maintain smooth production flow

Requirements

  • Previous production/manufacturing experience is desirable
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
