We are looking for highly motivated sales people to join our Client Server Regional team in Esher, Surrey. Following a comprehensive training programme, as a Junior Recruitment Consultant you will be recruiting for an established client base offering immediate significant uncapped earning potential. Throughout your career you will receive extensive training in recruitment, sales techniques, technology, financial and business markets equipping you with the knowledge to rapidly progress your career from Junior Recruiter to Recruitment Consultant to Account Manager to Team Leader and beyond.

Having recently hit our annual target, we paid out over £1 million in commission in the last financial year with multiple consultants billing over £250k.
Responsibilities as a Junior Recruitment Consultant:- Effectively interview and assess candidates for suitable positions over the phone
- Pro-actively find / headhunt and create your own network of high calibre candidates (via LinkedIn Recruiter and other sources, we have our own database of over 300,000 qualified tech professionals)
- Negotiate offers and successfully place candidates
- Achieve call time and CV send out KPIs
- You'll earn a competitive base salary of up to £29k with uncapped commission
- You'll qualify for healthcare and subsidised gym membership
