Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing customers across the European region.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including identifying customer needs, proposing solutions, negotiating, and closing contracts.
- Drive customer adoption and expand existing accounts through effective account management.
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with headquarters and cross-functional teams to support business growth and drive operational improvements.
- Conduct customer visits and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events across the UK and EU as part of business development activities.
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales and/or account management.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above) and full professional proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in French or German is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing the entire sales process, from new business development to existing account management.
- Proactive and capable of identifying challenges independently while taking initiative to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across the UK and Europe.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
- Adaptable, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
