A leading company in Bishop's Stortford is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Analyst to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong 1st and 2nd line support experience and a particular focus on Microsoft 365 technologies, including deployment, configuration, and user support. You'll be a key player in managing and optimising the firm's Microsoft 365 environment, while also delivering high-quality support to end users across a range of devices and platforms.
Key Experience Required:
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 support, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
- Hands-on experience with M365 deployment and configuration across user devices and environments
- Solid 1st and 2nd line support background in Windows 10/11, Azure AD, and Active Directory
- Experience with user account management, permissions, and group policies
- Familiarity with basic networking (DNS, DHCP, patching)
- Confident in supporting desktop/laptop hardware, mobile devices (iPhones), and peripherals
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1st and 2nd line support to a 600+ user base across the UK, resolving technical issues efficiently
- Lead and support Microsoft 365 deployments, including configuration and user onboarding
- Manage user accounts and access rights in Azure AD and Active Directory
- Provide expert support for Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Build and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Maintain the IT asset register and contribute to the internal knowledge base
- Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding and liaise with 3rd party vendors when needed
