We are a COE Global Mobility & Immigration team supporting assignments and international working in diverse businesses across a number of global locations. We work closely with our stakeholders & our partners across Comcast NBCUniversal and Sky on international working compliance and end-to-end governance.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with Global Mobility operations to manage the full assignment lifecycle, ensuring smooth delivery of services.
  • Lead risk and compliance across Global Mobility and Immigration, providing clear, pragmatic guidance on complex cases.
  • Collaborate with Reward on salary reviews and equity solutions for cross-border moves.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Sky, offering risk-based recommendations to support compliant decision-making.
  • Own end-to-end immigration casework, enhancing compliance processes, reporting, and governance frameworks.
  • Manage external vendors and lead key initiatives (e.g. STBV technology implementation) to drive efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end Global Mobility and immigration casework within a complex, multinational environment.
  • Strong UK immigration expertise, including sponsor licence compliance and key visa routes, with working knowledge of EU and US immigration.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing international working and short-term business travel compliance frameworks.
  • Broad understanding of Global Mobility disciplines (tax, payroll, reward, employment law, immigration) to handle complex cases effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders using clear, risk-based recommendations.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage competing priorities and sensitive data in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Experience delivering technology or system implementations (e.g. mobility or travel tools), including integration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Track record of driving process optimisation and governance enhancements within Global Mobility frameworks.
  • Experience managing external vendors and multi-supplier environments, with focus on performance, cost control, and continuous improvement.
  • Exposure to strategic initiatives such as talent deployment, policy development, or transformation projects in a global organisation.

How you'll work:

We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 3 days in the office per week.
