What Youll Do
As a Community Safety Officer, you will:
Be a visible, trusted presence within the local community
Build relationships with residents and local stakeholders to tackle anti-social behaviour and safety concerns
Respond to incidents when required and liaise with police or other partners
Gather community intelligence and provide reassurance to members of the public
Support the community through engagement, empathy, and problem-solving

A confident communicator with a genuine interest in public service
Reliable, proactive, and professional in your conduct
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Calm under pressure and committed to keeping communities safe
Flexible and willing to assist with additional cover shifts when required
Requirements
Valid SIA Frontline Licence
First Aid Certification
Minimum 2 years experience in a security-related role (preferred)
Desirable
Full UK Driving License
First Aid Certification
