We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our agency care home team, covering placements across Ipswich and the surrounding area. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents, supporting their daily needs, and supervising junior staff. Duties include:
- Delivering personalised care in line with individual care plans, ensuring residents' dignity and independence are maintained.
- Supervising and supporting junior care staff, fostering a positive team environment through effective leadership.
- Assisting residents with daily activities such as mobility, personal hygiene, medication management, and meal preparation.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided, including updates to care plans and incident reports.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
- Supporting residents' emotional wellbeing through companionship and engaging activities.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control procedures.

Experience:
