We’re looking for a Pensions Administrator to join our Ipswich team and play a key role in administering a portfolio of occupational defined benefits (DB) pension schemes. You’ll ensure every task and calculation is carried out with precision and care.

Responsibilities include:- Administer a portfolio of pension schemes, completing tasks and calculations accurately and on time.
- Work on both automated and manual calculations across the full pension lifecycle.
- Draft correspondence and reports, run pensioner payrolls, and support the Client Executive team.
- Liaise with scheme members via email, letter, and telephone, providing exceptional service.
- Handle non-standard client and member queries with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with team members and build strong relationships with supporting teams.
- Assist the Team Leader and provide support to colleagues as needed.
- Experience in DB pension scheme administration is advantageous but not essential.
- Willingness to study or currently studying towards the Pension Management Institute's CPC qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to handle queries via telephone, letter, and email.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset.
