Payroll & Benefits Administrator
Suffolk (Hybrid) | £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, global organisation as a Payroll & Benefits Administrator. This is an ideal role for a payroll professional looking to develop their career within an expanding business while gaining exposure to international payroll operations, benefits administration, and a variety of transformation and process improvement projects.
You'll play a key role in supporting payroll and benefits activities across multiple countries, working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure an accurate, compliant, and seamless employee experience.
What we're looking for:
Previous payroll administration experience, ideally across multiple countries or regions.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Experience working with payroll providers and employee benefits administration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday would be beneficial.
CIPP qualification, or working towards one, is desirable.
