Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and growing business based on the outskirts of Ipswich, as they look to appoint an Operations Coordination Support team member. Our client is seeking an organised and proactive individual to provide operational, administrative and compliance support across several key business functions.
The role will support PERNs documentation and export reporting, blue load administration, logistics administration and general business support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete, maintain and update PERNs spreadsheets, export logs and supporting documentation accurately and consistently.
- Cross-check data for accuracy, identify discrepancies and maintain structured filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation and management of export-related records and supporting evidence.
- Provide administrative support to the Logistics team, including transport documentation, export paperwork and operational reporting.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Reliable, proactive and flexible approach to work.
