We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Agency Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. Duties

  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food production and service delivery.
  • Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to organisational standards and client specifications.
  • Oversee food safety practices, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with health regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients to meet specific culinary requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food production, cooking, or hospitality roles, preferably within restaurant or catering environments.
  • Level 3 Food Safety required.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene and sanitation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Competence in team management, motivating staff, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Good understanding of culinary techniques across various cuisines.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant sectors is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
