Purpose:
Our client has an excellent career opportunity for a Reporting & Data Transformation Analyst to join their team based in Inverness. The purpose of the role is to s upport the preparation, maintenance and improvement of business reporting, compliance data and digital tools across the organisation. The role is responsible for collating, validating and presenting information from multiple business areas to support HSEQ, compliance, commercial, operational and board-level reporting. You will also support the development and maintenance of digital reporting solutions, including Power BI, Microsoft Forms and structured trackers, helping to improve data quality, reporting consistency, process efficiency and evidence-based decision-making.
Duties include:
Reporting, Data and Analysis
Maintain the reporting calendar, coordinate deadlines and liaise with contributors to secure timely, accurate inputs.
Extract, Collate, validate and analyse data for a variety of meetings using API including: HSEQ, management, client, BID, contract close and board-level reporting.
Digital Systems and Process Improvement
Create and maintain digital reporting tools, including Power BI dashboards, Microsoft Forms, trackers, organograms and structured reporting outputs.
Support improvements to enhance reporting processes, digital workflows and system administration to improve visibility, consistency and efficiency.
Compliance, Quality and Accreditation Support
Maintain compliance and performance trackers, including NCR, PPC and departmental monitoring records, ensuring information remains accurate and suitable for review.
Support QMS, audit, management review and accreditation evidence requirements by keeping documents, records and supporting information current and accessible.
Client, Supply Chain and Business Support
Support PQQs, client questionnaires, framework submissions and presentation materials with accurate, consistent and evidence-based data.
Person Specification:
Strong data manipulation & cleansing experience.
Excellent systems experience.
Ability to work with uncompromising attention to detail.
Well organised and able to operate effectively in a fast paced environment requiring the ability to prioritise workload.
