Our client is looking to appoint a CF30 approved Financial Adviser to join their expanding team based in Inverness. In this employed role, you will provide clients with expert guidance, researching the marketplace to recommend the most suitable financial products and services based on your client's needs and objectives and then help them put these plans into action. This is primarily a servicing role with an established client bank to inherit. Full paraplanning and client manager support is provided.

Duties include:

  • Providing independent advice across the full range of financial planning to an existing client bank which includes high net worth clients with more complex advisory needs.
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their financial goals, assess requirements, analyse and provide recommendations on investments.
  • Research whole-of-market products to find the investment options for the client.
  • Present tailored financial plans that outline how clients can achieve their long-term goals.
  • Ensure all financial advice and reports follow FCA regulations and ethical standards.
  • Update and maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with GDPR.
  • Ongoing monitoring of the investment portfolio and adjust plans as clients' requirements change.

Essential Requirements:

Qualifications: Level 4 Diploma in Financial minimum, Chartered (or working towards) desirable.

Skills: Strong negotiation skills, deep understanding of UK financial regulations. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload. A passion for providing excellent client service, motivated and driven to ensure advice is in the client's best interests.
