Owing to our continued success, Future Group is looking to recruit a motivated individual to join our team as Civil Ganger, to assist with the successful delivery of projects within the Telecommunications industry. As Future Group continues to grow, we are expanding our horizons diving into a wider range of civil projects and unlocking exciting new opportunities.

Please note there may be some travel and working away from home required as part of this role with accommodation provided by Future Group.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

  • Carry out removal of blockages within existing duct networks.
  • Installation of ducting for fibre cabling.
  • Safe operation of plant and machinery.
  • Box and chamber removal/replacement.
  • Trenching, excavation, and reinstatement works.
  • Ensure safe practices are carried out at all times.
  • Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder's appropriate skill set.

What Do You Need?

  • Valid Street Works (NRSWA) ticket mandatory.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Demonstrable experience within telecoms civils or general groundworks.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as lead and support team activities.
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to learn, adapt, and apply new methods and technologies.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
