A welcoming and inclusive mixed secondary school in Redbridge is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate in the final year of their degree who is considering a career in teaching and would like to gain valuable classroom experience before progressing into teacher training.
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will support students across KS3 and KS4, helping them to access the curriculum, build confidence and achieve success in their studies.
A key aspect of the role will involve supporting students with SEND through one-to-one interventions, small group work and in-class support.
