We're recruiting an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join an established housing contractor, managing a team of operatives across ongoing repairs and maintenance contracts. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable work, long-term security and genuine career progression.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supervising repairs and maintenance operatives
  • Monitoring productivity, quality and contract KPIs
  • Managing subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Liaising with customers and resolving issues
  • Completing reports, timesheets and relevant paperwork
  • Attending site inspections when required
  • Ensuring sites are safe and compliant

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience within repairs, maintenance or construction
  • Previous supervisory experience, ideally within social housing
  • Knowledge of SOR codes
  • Understanding of contract KPIs
  • Good IT and administration skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
