Pay & Hours:
- Rate of Pay: £13.70 per hour
- Hours: 33 hours per week
- Shift Pattern: Rota-based, covering 7 days (Weekend Availability Required).
The Role:
- As a Care Support Worker, you will support our services users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs.
- Has a strong background in delivering high levels of emotional care
- Has essential experience working with individuals living with a learning disability
- Is confident in maintaining accurate documentation and care plans
- Is flexible, reliable, and a true team player
- Supporting residents with daily tasks to maintain independence
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, oral hygiene)
- Assisting with meals and hydration
- Observing and recording physical and emotional wellbeing
- Promoting dignity, respect, and quality of life
- Supporting with mobility and safe transfers
- Engaging in activities and building meaningful relationships
- Maintaining up-to-date, accurate records
- Reporting any safeguarding concerns

Isaac Robinson Court is a dedicated residence that supports up to 40 individuals aged 18 and over with learning disabilities and associated care and support needs.
