Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7:00am and 7:00pm (8-hour shifts), Saturdays, 8:00am - 1:00pm on a rotational basis

As a Patient Care Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their diagnostic journey. From booking appointments to answering queries and processing results, you'll help ensure every patient receives a professional, efficient, and compassionate experience.

The Role

As part of the Diagnostics team, you'll be responsible for delivering an excellent patient experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Answering patient enquiries by telephone in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Booking and managing appointments for diagnostic services
  • Processing imaging results and updating internal systems
  • Supporting image processing and document uploads
  • Managing patient calls and resolving queries efficiently
  • Ensuring all patient information is handled accurately, securely, and confidentially
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an efficient and high-quality service
