We're recruiting for a Community Nurse to join one of the UK's leading specialist healthcare providers, delivering high-quality treatments to patients in their own homes across Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.

The Role

As a Community Nurse, you'll manage your own caseload while delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care within the community. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering IV therapies, injections, and specialist treatments in patients' homes
  • Managing a caseload of approximately 45 patients per day
  • Providing education and ongoing support to patients and their families
  • Working closely with NHS partners and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitoring patient progress and escalating concerns appropriately
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and high professional standards
  • Working independently while benefiting from strong clinical support and leadership

What We're Looking For

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Post-registration experience within an acute hospital setting
  • Experience with IV therapies, IV devices, and subcutaneous injections
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • The confidence to work autonomously and build rapport with patients in their homes
  • Community nursing experience is desirable but not essential, and full support will be provided for nurses moving from hospital environments.
