We're recruiting for a Community Nurse to join one of the UK's leading specialist healthcare providers, delivering high-quality treatments to patients in their own homes across Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.

The Role
As a Community Nurse, you'll manage your own caseload while delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care within the community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering IV therapies, injections, and specialist treatments in patients' homes
- Managing a caseload of approximately 45 patients per day
- Providing education and ongoing support to patients and their families
- Working closely with NHS partners and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitoring patient progress and escalating concerns appropriately
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and high professional standards
- Working independently while benefiting from strong clinical support and leadership
What We're Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Full UK driving licence
- Post-registration experience within an acute hospital setting
- Experience with IV therapies, IV devices, and subcutaneous injections
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The confidence to work autonomously and build rapport with patients in their homes
- Community nursing experience is desirable but not essential, and full support will be provided for nurses moving from hospital environments.

- Salary up to £39,000 per annum
- Company car and fuel card or £4,877 car allowance plus mileage reimbursement
