In this role, you will be responsible for designing a variety of Modular Buildings, particularly bathrooms. You will also be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional, internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, occasionally attending site to assist with surveys, and provide technical guidance during installation.
This role would suit a CAD Technician/Designer or similar who comes from a Construction background or a related field. You will also have proficiency using AutoCAD, with your drawings being a mixture of both 2D/3D.
