The role is part of the overall business support family, specialising in executive support to the Chief Executive and Council's Executive leadership team.
Key areas of responsibility:
Providing administrative and executive support services in a large organisation, including diary management, email management, agenda planning, minute taking and organising meetings
To plan, develop and monitor, and review the use of financial resources
To understand and work effectively within a political environment
Literacy and numeracy skills to produce routine and statistical information
Excellent customer service skills
To prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Flexible and adaptable approach to working within a team
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
