Are you an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact? G3 Systems is seeking an HSE Manager to lead and develop our safety culture across our engineering, production, warehouse, office and project environments. This is a key role within the business providing expert guidance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring our teams operate safely, compliantly and effectively.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading HSE systems aligned to ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
  • Driving a proactive safety culture across operations
  • Managing risk assessments, RAMS and safe systems of work
  • Leading incident investigations, root cause analysis and improvements
  • Delivering audits, compliance assurance and IMS improvements
  • Supporting UK and international project activities
  • Providing trusted HSE advice to managers and teams

We’re looking for someone with:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
  • HSE experience within engineering, manufacturing, construction or a similar environment
  • ISO 9001 / 45001 / 14001 auditing experience
  • Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and practical risk management
  • The confidence to influence, challenge and improve safety standards
