Northbrook College has an exciting opportunity on a permanent basis.

As our HR Coordinator, you will

  • W ork with managers to ensure the effective recruitment and selection of staff for the Group.
  • Provide advice on the Groups recruitment processes and other general HR queries.
  • Provide an efficient and customer focused service.

What you will bring to the role: - Experience working in a Human Resources department or recruitment team. - Hold GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above. - Have recent experience of employment contract preparation and knowledge of HR databases.
