HR Assistant
Location: Hybrid Core office days: Monday & Tuesday.
Based: Walking distance from Tower Bridge and London Bridge
Contract: ASAP End of the Year
Rate: £18.00£20.00 per hour
We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Assistant to join a busy HR team within a niche financial services organisation in the City. This is a temporary contract starting asap (subject to pre-employment checks) through to the end of the year.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including new starters and leavers.
Support recruitment, onboarding, inductions and pre-employment checks.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with HR reporting and people data.
Work closely with line managers and the wider HR team to provide an efficient HR service.
About You
Previous experience in an HR Assistant/dministration role.
Experience using Cezanne HR and/or Workday is highly desirable.
Experience using Microsoft packages including Copilot would be an advantage.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
