Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts. Typical day as a Housing Management Worker Older people service over 55s Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies and community. Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account. To keep our properties fully occupied and the rent accounts up to date. Youll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities making sure were compliant. Youll also manage the admin updating records, ordering, and arranging payment for works to be done Fancy going home each day knowing that you have helped change our customers lives for the better. Able to use technology for creating and updating Health and Safety records, making benefit claims and doing tenancy signs ups, Occasionally you will need to cover other schemes or attend team meetings, youll need a vehicle insured for business purposes.
