Main Duties Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative EYFS lessons and activities.
Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development.
Help create a positive, safe and stimulating classroom environment.
Encourage children's social, emotional and communication development through play-based learning.
Assist with classroom organisation, preparation of resources and displays.
Observe children's progress and provide feedback to the class teacher.
Support pupils with personal care where required.
Promote positive behaviour and help children develop independence and confidence.
Work closely with teachers, support staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
About You The successful candidate will: Have previous experience working with children within an EYFS setting (essential).
Be passionate about supporting young children during the early stages of their education.
Be proactive, reliable and willing to contribute to the wider school community.
Hold an EYFS or relevant childcare qualification (desirable but not essential).
Have a genuine commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
