The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a multi-site technical facilities management contract across London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an M&E-focused FM professional who enjoys working across multiple sites and is confident managing clients, technical teams and specialist suppliers.
Key Responsibilities Manage the successful delivery of a multi-site technical FM contract across London.
Act as the primary point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.
Oversee M&E maintenance, statutory compliance and technical service delivery.
Manage planned preventative and reactive maintenance programmes.
Lead and manage subcontractors and specialist engineering providers.
Monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual requirements.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure service standards are maintained.
Manage contract budgets, expenditure, procurement and financial performance.
Review supplier performance and implement corrective action where required.
Ensure all statutory compliance and technical documentation is maintained.
Manage client meetings, performance reviews and regular reporting.
Oversee remedial works, projects and asset improvement programmes.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage operational risks and ensure appropriate health & safety standards are maintained.
About You Proven experience as a Contract Manager within Technical FM .
Strong M&E engineering background .
Experience managing multi-site contracts .
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and technical maintenance.
Previous responsibility for subcontractor and supplier management.
Commercially aware with experience managing budgets.
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable travelling between sites across London.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Salary: £65,000
