Their modern, well-organised facility has a strong order book and is continuing to grow and they are now welcoming Production Operatives to join the team on a long-term basis, with immediate starts available. The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be part of a close-knit production team, where quality, safety, and teamwork matter. You will be trained to:

  • Use specialist equipment such as air tools, spray guns, and hog rings
  • Assemble and produce high-quality automotive components
  • Carry out visual quality checks on your own work
  • Follow clear health & safety processes designed to keep everyone safe
  • Support your teammates to keep production running smoothly

No two days are exactly the same, and you will learn valuable skills used across modern manufacturing.

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a two-shift rotation:

  • Days: Monday - Thursday 6:45am - 3pm, Friday 6:45am - 2:30pm
  • Lates: Monday - Thursday 4:20pm - 00:35, Friday 2:55pm - 10:40pm

You will need to be flexible to work all shifts and overtime when required. Shift premiums reflect this flexibility.

We are interested in people, not just CVs. Manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential; full training is provided. A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are important. Ability to work as part of a team in a structured environment is essential. If you have worked in care, retail, hospitality, warehousing, or production before, your skills are highly transferable.
