No two days are the same, and you'll work on a variety of projects that will give you valuable experience while making a genuine contribution to the business.
Key Responsibilities Adding new products to the Webshop, ensuring the product image, price and description are accurate.
Taking photos of new products and editing in photo editing software to ensure web-readiness.
Assisting sales with annual price updates.
Assisting lab with the update of technical specifications on existing product and information pages.
Improving the customer experience by uploading and organising product information, manuals, specification sheets and technical documentation.
Creating QR codes that provide customers with quick and easy access to product information and support materials.
Assisting with annual pricing updates across the website and product range.
Supporting a variety of marketing and digital content projects as required.
Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure our online information remains accurate and accessible.
Key Skills & Qualifications You will have strong IT skills and competence using a range of digital publishing software such as Photoshop.
Previous experience with HTML, CSS and Java Script is essential.
Previous experience in a marketing, digital, website administration or similar role.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
Well organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload effectively.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for digital marketing and online customer experience.
