The Role
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join us as Carers and Senior Carers. You will support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life. You will build meaningful relationships with clients while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Preparing meals and assisting with eating
- Light domestic duties (bed making, laundry, cleaning)
- Providing companionship and building relationships with clients
- Assisting with manual handling using appropriate equipment
What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (required for rural areas)
- A kind, compassionate, and reliable approach, with a genuine desire to support others
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Contactable by mobile phone and email
