The company: Rosenbauer UK Limited, part of the Rosenbauer Group, supplies and maintains front line fire vehicles and fire-fighting equipment throughout the UK.
The role: We require a Service Coordinator to assist the Service Department with the day-to-day coordination of vehicle and equipment servicing. The role will involve liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure that maintenance and service call outs are dealt with in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
- Scheduling of service works
- Coordinating travel (Hotels/Flights/Ferries etc)
- Receive and respond to inbound calls/emails both internal and external
- Ordering parts and materials
- Undertake general admin duties
Required skills: For this position we require someone who is an excellent communicator with strong customer service, IT skills and a passion for problem solving. Due to the nature/type of service work that needs coordinating, some engineering qualifications would be beneficial, but not essential. No prior experience of working in a similar industry is required, full training will be provided on the job.
